Applicable law and competent court
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any overriding mandatory provisions of the country of habitual residence of the purchaser. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
2. Any disputes relating to and/or arising from these terms must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authorities. In particular, if the purchaser qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the Consumer according to the applicable law.
